2. Post-Close Checklist

After every submitted application, complete all of the following before moving to your next lead:

  1. Mark Deal as "Won" in HubSpot
  2. Log final notes on the Contact record (plan details, premium, effective date)
  3. Send client a confirmation email with their coverage summary
  4. Forward Meet recording link to Nick with brief outcome note
  5. Confirm client received the Google Meet recording for their records
