1. How the Lead Flow Works

When a lead submits a request on our website, two things happen automatically before you ever dial:

  1. HubSpot creates a Contact and a Deal — both appear in your pipeline
  2. A quote email is automatically sent to the client with their estimated monthly premium

This means when you call, the client already has a number in their inbox. Your job is to connect that quote to a real conversation and get them on a Google Meet.

Speed to Lead

The goal is same-day contact. Do not call within the first 30 minutes of the lead submitting — let the quote email land and give them a moment. Then call the same day while the form is still fresh in their mind.
