6. Call Compliance — Non-Negotiable

Call non-negotiables

  • ALL calls through Aircall — desktop app, mobile app, or browser extension
  • ALL SMS through Aircall — never personal phone or iMessage
  • Every call is recorded automatically — this protects you and the client
  • DNC (Do-Not-Call) — if a contact asks you to stop calling, move them to the DNC status in HubSpot, also found under the Closed Lost tab. Never call a contact marked DNC
  • Log every call outcome as a note in HubSpot the same day

Google Meet Recording Requirement

Every Google Meet appointment must be recorded. Start the recording at the beginning of the call. Inform the client. Forward the recording link to Nick after every appointment with a brief outcome note.
