Aircall is our phone system. All voice calls and SMS messages to leads, clients, and former clients must go through Aircall. No exceptions.
- Use the desktop app, mobile app, or browser extension
- All calls are recorded automatically — compliance requirement
- All SMS messages go through Aircall — not your personal carrier, iMessage, or any other tool
- Calls and texts are automatically logged in HubSpot

Why This Matters Call recordings protect you as much as they protect the company. If a client ever disputes a conversation, the recording is your defense. Use Aircall every single time. |
Aircall Compliance
- Respect Do-Not-Call lists — HubSpot flags these, do not call them
- Follow SMS guidelines in the Texting training module
- If Aircall is down (outage only): use alternate method, document in HubSpot immediately, notify Nick, resume Aircall when restored
